We provide support for all your software needs in a multitude of formats. We do not use subcontractors or other third party providers for support. These are the different features included in our full support package.

Unlimited toll-free calls: Our phone lines are staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST in order to provide you with the most exceptional support ever!

Printable full-color documentation is included in the cost of the software: Scores of examples and screen shots are included with complete, step-by-step "how to" instructions.

Remote computer-to-computer access: We include software that allows us to connect to your computer to help you solve problems. You'll feel like we're sitting right next to you.

Internet downloads and training tutorials: If you work beyond our telephone support hours, your problem might be solved on one of our training videos or by downloading updated files.

Automatic Software Updates: Your software will always be up to date because updating it is an item under our Help menu. When you click "Check for Updates," Pro Fund Accounting will automatically access the internet, compare your software version with the latest one, and if new or updated files or reports are available, they it will be downloaded and applied.

Monthly Newsletters: Each month you'll receive an electronic newsletter with industry news, tips, and other topics of interest.
