Printable full-color documentation is included in the cost of the software: Scores of examples and screen shots are included with complete, step-by-step “how to” instructions.
REMOTE COMPUTER-TO-COMPUTER ACCESS
We include remote support software that allows us to connect to your computer to help you solve problems. You’ll feel like we’re sitting right next to you. If our included remote support software doesn’t connect to our technicians, then our support technicians will direct you to use one of the following remote support options.
AUTOMATIC SOFTWARE UPDATES
Your software will always be up to date as updating it is a breeze! Just go to the Help menu and click “Check for Updates”, then Pro Fund Accounting will automatically access the internet, compare your software version with the latest one, and if any new or updated files or reports are available, they will be downloaded and applied.
